Best Western Roanoke Inn & Suites

I really like this hotel except for the bed. It was way too hard, but we made do. We were able to order pizza and have dinner in the sitting area and then feel like we were at home when we went to bed. The bathroom was immaculately clean and I was very surprised. The shower was excellent. It had one of those massager shower heads and plenty of bright light. I travel this way every year in March and I think I found a place to stay every year. Staff was friendly but I felt like I was in someone's home and had to ask permission to have breakfast (the door to the breakfast room was kept shut). Most of the towels were stained which I found very disgusting. ...read more

The stairwells were dirty. Need to vacuum and handrails were filthy. They are too tight to have cold soda in the soda machine. The pool was closed because they don't know how to chlorinate it. Hire a pool service (too tight). Plug in the AC in the hallways (too tight). Cool my room for my arrival (too tight). If you don't mind all that, stay at your own risk. ...read more

I stay in many hotels across the US & abroad. This hotel was the worst in terms of service and in sad shape.

The hotel was ok. The house keepers were noisy starting about 7:00 am. There was hair in the bathroom, that wasn't ours! Other than that it was ok.

A good place for business travel, very convenient to Highway114 and North Fort Worth and nice location other than difficult to find from the road.

Friendly people and nice place. Great price. A+.

The hotel is nice. The staff need training on the local restaurants besides what they can see out the front door. Very hard to communicate with the hotel staff since none of them spoke English very well. ...read more
